Arresting Update: DWIs and Marijuana
The following information was obtained directly from Middletown Township Police Department records. It does not indicate convictions.
arrested the following people recently on DWI and marijuana possession charges:
• Raul Escobar, 46, of West Sunset Avenue, Red Bank, was arrested on Nov. 21 by Patrolman Joseph Ahlemeyer and charged with driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop.
He was released pending a court date.

• Susan Gallagher, 44, of the Port Monmouth section of Middletown, was arrested on Nov. 20 by Patrolman Anthony Gigante and charged with driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop.
She was released pending a court date.

• Matthew Merwin, 29, of Joy Avenue, Bayville, was arrested on Nov. 19 by Corporal William Kennelly and charged with driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop.
He was released pending a court date.
• William Karsanbas, 20, of West Roosevelt Circle, Red Bank, was arrested on Nov. 17 by Patrolman Antonio Ciccone and charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly persons offenses.
He was released pending a court date.
• Kourtney Maloney, 20, of Seabreeze Avenue, Middletown, arrested on Nov. 17 by Patrolman James Beirne and charged with possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana, a disorderly persons offense.
She was released pending a court date.
