Arresting Update: DWIs, Marijuana Charges

The following information was obtained directly from Middletown Township Police Department records. It does not indicate convictions.

arrested the following people recently on driving while intoxicated, possession of marijuana, and possession of drug paraphernalia charges.

Kerri Rubino, 22, of Arbordale Drive, Cliffwood Beach, was arrested on Dec. 18 by Patrolman John Mele and charged with driving while intoxicated.

She was released pending a court date.

Paul Lavella, 56, of Marlboro Road, Old Bridge was arrested on Dec. 18, by Patrolman Keith Hirschbein and charged with driving while intoxicated.

He was released pending a court date.

Ellen McConnell, 48, of Shore Drive, Highlands was arrested on Dec. 18 by Patrolman John Mele and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly persons offenses.

She was released pending a court date.

Stephen O’Rourke, 46, of Ridge Hill Way, Holmdel, was arrested on Dec. 20  by Patrolman Lawrence Seymour and charged with driving while intoxicated.

He was released pending a court date.

Justin Lewallen, 19, of Division Street in the Port Monmouth section was arrested on Dec. 20, by Patrolman Felipe Benedit and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was released pending a court date.

Brian Timothy Clancy, 19, of Baldwin Avenue was arrested on Dec. 20 by Patrolman Stephen Greenwood and Patrolman Richard Fulham of the police department's Quality of Life Unit and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly persons offenses.

He was released pending a court date.
