Arresting Update from Middletown PD

arrested the following people recently on DWI, drug and marijuana possession charges ...

On Jan. 8 Patrolman Nicholas Fenezia arrested a 17-year-old male juvenile from the Leonardo section of Middletown and charged him with unlawful possession of hydrocodone, possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was released pending a court date.

James Hickey, 65, of Carlsbad Court, Holmdel, was arrested on Jan. 8 by Patrolman Michael Reuter and charged with driving while intoxicated and reckless driving following a motor vehicle stop.

He was released pending a court date.

Jenna Swenson, 23, of Abby Road, Red Bank, was arrested on Jan. 7 by Cpl. Thomas Meckier and charged with theft of a prescription blank.

She was released pending a court date.

Jonathan McCullough, 32, of New Monmouth Road, Middletown, was arrested on Jan. 6, 2012 by Patrolman Donald Coates and charged with driving while intoxicated and reckless driving following a motor vehicle stop.

He was released pending a court date.

Sarah Sambucini, 36, of Chestnut Avenue, Atlantic Highlands, was arrested on Jan. 5 by Patrolman Brian McGrogan and charged with driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop.

She was released pending a court date.

Kathryn Barcelo, 19, of Seaside Place, Keansburg, was arrested on Jan. 3 by Patrolman Keith Hirschbein and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana.

She was released pending a court date.

 

* Possession of under 50 grams of marijuana is a disorderly persons offense and driving while intoxicated is a motor vehicle offense in the state of NJ.
