Arresting Update from Middletown PD
The following information was obtained directly from Middletown Township Police Department records. It does not indicate convictions.
arrested the following people recently on various charges:
• Jeffrey Summey, 48, of River Street, Red Bank, was arrested on March 26, by Patrolman Adam Colfer, and charged with for possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was released pending a court date.

• Gary Grieser Jr., 18, of Beach Boulevard, Highlands, was arrested on March 25, byPatrolman Frank Mazza, and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, obstructing the administration of law, driving while intoxicated and unlawful possession of Xanax.
He was released pending a court date.

• Kevin Kelly, 32, of Port Monmouth Road, Middletown, was arrested on March 23, by Cpl. Joseph Glynn, and charged him with failing to register as a sex offender, violation of community supervision for life and on contempt of court warrants issued by the Atlantic Highlands, Keansburg and .
He was held on $8,800, bail with no 10 percent option.
• On March 23 Police Officer Janine Kennedy and Patrolman Anthony Dellatacoma arrested a 16-year-old male juvenile from Red Bank and two 13-year-old male juveniles from the Leonardo section of Middletown and charged them with defiant trespass at the Middletown Skate Park.
All three were released pending a court date.
