Arresting Update from Middletown PD

The following information was obtained directly from Middletown Township Police Department records. It does not indicate convictions.

arrested the following people recently on various charges:

Taryn Ellis, 20, of Waterwitch Avenue, Highlands, was arrested on Nov. 3 by Patrolman Richard Fulham and Patrolman Stephen Greenwood, of the Quality of Life Unit, and charged with receiving stolen property, possession of a fake driver’s license and conspiracy.

She was held on $10,000 bail set by Judge Richard Thompson.

Mark Kraft, 25, of Aztec Court, Edison, was arrested on Nov. 3 by Patrolman Stephen Greenwood and Patrolman Richard Fulham, of the Quality of Life Unit, and charged with uttering a forgery, receiving stolen property and conspiracy.

He was held on $30,000 bail, set by Judge Richard Thompson.

Anthony Sousa, 26, of Brill Street, Newark, was arrested on Nov. 3 by Patrolman Ian May and charged with defiant trespass, harassment, criminal restraint, criminal mischief, resisting arrest, aggravated assault on a police officer and possession of under 50 grams of marijuana.

He was held on $77,500.00 bail set by Judge Richard Thompson.

Glenn Muscarella, 25, of Passaic Street, Middletown, was arrested on Nov. 1 by Patrolman Stephen Greenwood and Patrolman Richard Fulham and charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, distribution of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of a controlled dangerous substance within 500 feet of a park.

The arrest was the result of an investigation conducted by the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotics Strike Force Bayshore Unit.

Muscarella was held at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold, on $160,000 bail.
