Arresting Update from Middletown PD

The following information was obtained directly from Middletown Township Police Department records. It does not indicate convictions.

arrested the following people recently on various charges:

Tariek Gross, 18, of Middlebrook Road, Middletown, was arrested on April 29, by Patrolman Richard Belmonte, and charged with theft of services.

He was released pending a court date.

Igor Rakita, 24, of Brynwood Gardens, Old Bridge, was arrested on April 29, by Patrolman James Beirne, and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of K2.

He was released pending a court date.

On April 29, Patrolman Lawrence Seymour arrested a 17-year-old male juvenile from Middletown and charged him with theft.

He was released pending a court date.

Joseph Hughes, 19, of Maplewood Drive, Keansburg, was arrested on April 26, by Patrolman Anthony Bumbico, and charged with obstructing the administration of law.

He was released pending a court date.

On April 27, patrolmen Michael Reuter and Christopher Dee arrested a 14-year-old male juvenile, from Lincroft, and three 14-year-old male juveniles, from Middletown, and charged them with criminal mischief.

All were released pending a court date.

Michael Miller, 23, of 9th Street, Belford, was arrested on April 27, by Patrolman Raymond Sofield, and charged with purchasing alcohol for an underage person.

He was released pending a court date.
