Arresting Update from Middletown PD

The following information was obtained directly from Middletown Township Police Department records. It does not indicate convictions.

arrested the following people recently on various charges ...

Vincent Marchese, 27, of Ocean Avenue, Middletown, was arrested on Nov. 27 by Corporal James Keenan and charged with simple assault.

He was released after posting $2,500 bail.

Gregory Hafner, 20, of Hance Road, Fair Haven, was arrested on Nov. 27 by Patrolman John Mele and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly persons offenses.

He was released pending a court date.

Mitchell Moudatsos, 34, of Attison Avenue, Toms River, was arrested on Nov. 26 by Patrolman Keith Hirschbein and charged with possession of cocaine and on a failure to appear warrant issued by the Monmouth County Superior Court.

He was held on $11,548 bail.

Nickolas Rosamilia, 32, of Kentucky Avenue, Middletown, was arrested on Nov. 25 by Patrolman Stephen Greenwood and Patrolman Richard Fulham, of the Quality of Life Unit, and charged with providing false information to a police officer and on a non-support warrant issued by the Monmouth County Superior Court.

He was held at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold, NJ.

Gwendolyn Cherry, 70, of Garden Place, Tinton Falls, was arrested on Nov. 25 by Patrolman Richard Raike and charged with simple assault.

She was released pending a court date.

Wendi Cherry, 40, of 24th Road, Arlington, VA, was arrested on Nov. 25 by Patrolman Richard Raike and charged with simple assault.

She was released pending a court date.

Nicolo Esparra, 20, of Memorial Parkway, Atlantic Highlands, was arrested on Nov.23 by Patrolman Stephen Greenwood, of the Quality of Life Unit, and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly persons offenses.

He was released pending a court date.

On Nov. 25 Corporal Douglas Wiatrak arrested a 12-year-old male juvenile form Port Monmouth and charged him with attempted burglary.

He was released pending a court date.
