Arresting Update from Middletown PD

The following information was obtained directly from Middletown Township Police Department records. It does not indicate convictions.

arrested the following people recently on various charges:

Walter Krywy, 64, of Hurleys Lane, Lincroft, was arrested on April 13, by Patrolman Ian May, and charged with possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of a weapon and simple assault.

He was released after posting $2,500 bail with a 10 percent option, set by Judge James Berube.

Shannon Ryan, 40, of Cooper Road, Middletown, was arrested on April 12, by Patrolman Donald Coates, and charged with for driving while intoxicated.

He was released pending a court date.

Donald Maiorino, 40, of Templer Way, Hazlet, was arrested on April 10, by Patrolman Frank Mazza, and charged with driving while intoxicated and refusal to submit to breath samples.

He was released pending a court date.

Teresa Dicicco, 36, of Highland Avenue, Keansburg, was arrested on April 12, by Patrolman Raymond Sofield, and charged with obtaining prescription medication without a prescription and on contempt of court warrants issued by the Middletown and Holmdel municipal courts.

She was transferred to the Holmdel Police Department.

On April 10, Patrolman Ryan Riffert arrested a 16-year-old male juvenile from Belford, a 15-year-old male juvenile from East Brunswick, and a 17-year-old male juvenile from East Brunswick, and charged them with theft.

All three subjects were released pending a court date.
