Arresting Update from Middletown PD
The following information was obtained directly from Middletown Township Police Department records. It does not indicate convictions.
Middletown police arrested the following people on charges ranging from criminal mischief to conspriacy to commit theft:
• Melissa Morales, 43, of Shore Haven Drive, Hazlet, was arrested on Sept. 27 by Patrolman Raymond Sofield for criminal mischief and defiant trespass. She was processed and released pending a court date.
• JD Rockafellow, 22, of Willow Street, Port Monmouth, was arrested on Sept. 27 by Patrolman Anthony Bumbico for theft and conspiracy to commit theft.

He was held on $7,500 bail.
• Kyle Costanza, 19, of South Peak Street, Highlands, was arrested on Sept. 27 by Patrolman Brady Carr for conspiracy to commit theft and loitering with the intent to use a controlled dangerous substance.

He was held pending bail.
• Kyle Slate, 22, of Hiawatha Avenue in Oceanport, was arrested on Sept. 27 by Patrolman Brady Carr for loitering with the intent to use a controlled dangerous substance.
He was released pending a court date.
