Arresting Update from Middletown PD

The following information was obtained directly from Middletown Township Police Department records. It does not indicate convictions.

arrested the following people recently on various charges ...

Gary Miksza, 49, of Thousand Oaks Drive, Atlantic Highlands, was arrested on Nov. 18 by Patrolman Charles Higgins and charged with simple assault. 

He was released after posting $1,000 with a 10 percent option.

Vaughn Cosby, 26, of Oakland Avenue, Atlantic Highlands, was arrested on Nov. 17 by Patrolman Robert McNair and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Sayreville Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $131 bail.

Lillian Pearce, 59, of Division Street, in the Port Monmouth section of Middletown, was arrested on Nov. 17 by Patrolman Richard Fulham and Patrolman Stephen Greenwood of the Quality of Life Unit and charged with possession of over 50 grams of marijuana and possession of over 50 grams of marijuana with the intent to distribute. 

She was held on $40,000 bail.

Lorraine Yurgelonis, 57, of McClellan Drive, Middletown, was arrested on Nov. 17 by Stephen Greenwood and Patrolman Richard Fulham of the Quality of Life Unit and charged with possession of over 50 grams of marijuana and possession of over 50 grams of marijuana with the intent to distribute.

She was held on $40,000 bail.

JD Rockafellow, 22, of Willow Street, in the Port Monmouth section of Middletown, was arrested on Nov.17 by Patrolman Stephen Greenwood on the charge of a non-support warrant issued by the Middlesex County Superior Court.

He was held on $3,588 bail.

Paul Johnson, 20, of Haskell Way, Oceanport, was arrested on Nov. 16 by Patrolman Richard Fulham and Patrolman Stephen Greenwood, of the Quality of Life Unit, and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly persons offenses.

He was released pending a court date.

Patrick Larkin, 21, of Edgewood Avenue, Little Silver, was arrested on Nov. 16 by Patrolman Stephen Greenwood and Patrolman Richard Fulham, of the Quality of Life Unit, and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly persons offenses.

He was released pending a court date.

Carmine Marino, 44, of Roger Avenue, in the Lincroft section of Middletown, was arrested on Nov. 16 by Police Officer Janine Kennedy on the charge of an outstanding non-support warrant issued by the Monmouth County Superior Court.

He was held on $8,401 bail.
