Arresting Update from Middletown PD

The following information was obtained directly from Middletown Township Police Department records. It does not indicate convictions.

Middletown police arrested the following people recently on various charges:

• John Marciniak, 28, of Highlands Boulevard, Keansburg, was arrested on Feb. 15, by Patrolman Michael Pintilie, and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, a disorderly persons offense, and on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

He was held on $1,000 bail.

Lisa Rosendo, 20, of Montana Avenue, Middletown, was arrested on Feb. 15, by Patrolman James Beirne, and charged with simple assault.

She was released pending a court date.

Brian Miller, 21, of Walnut Avenue, Red Bank, was arrested on Feb. 14, by Patrolman Andrew Micalizzi, and charged with theft by unlawful taking and possession of drug paraphernalia.

He was held at the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold, on $10,000 bail, with no 10 percent option, set by Judge Richard Thompson.

On Feb. 14, Patrolman Michael Reuter arrested a 17-year-old female juvenile from the Lincroft section of Middletown and charged her with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, obtaining prescription drugs without a valid prescription and unlawful possession of Methadone.

She was released pending a court date.

Ferencz Takacs, 24, of Quincy Circle, Dayton, was arrested on Feb. 14, by Patrolman Greg Buhowski, and charged with unlawful possession of Methadone, possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and obtaining prescription drugs without a valid prescription.

He was released pending a court date.
