Arresting Update from Middletown PD
The following information was obtained directly from Middletown Township Police Department records. It does not indicate convictions.
arrested the following people recently on various charges:
• Anthony Dolly, 34, of Hudson Avenue, Middletown, was arrested on May 8, by Patrolman John Soltysik, and charged with driving while intoxicated, possession of cocaine and on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Keansburg Municipal Court.
He was held on $160 bail.

• Luis Guallpa, 29, of Vail Road, Parsippany, was arrested on May 7, by Patrolman Stephen Keller, and charged with driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop.
He was released pending a court date.

• Louis Melillo, 48, of Harmony Road, Middletown, was arrested on May 7, by Patrolman Richard Fulham and charged with driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop.
He was released pending a court date.
• Sean Hagan, 26, of Arrowwood Court, Red Bank, was arrested on May 5, by Patrolman Brady Carr, and charged with driving while intoxicated.
He was released pending a court.
• Russell Dunn, 24, of Highland Avenue, Leonardo, was arrested on May 5, by Patrolman Brian Dilworth and charged with theft of services.
He was released pending a court date.
• Timothy McGrath, 25, of Middletown-Lincroft Road, Middletown, was arrested on May 5, by Patrolman Raymond Sofield, and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and unlawful possession of a prescription drug.
He was released pending a court date.
