Arresting Update from Middletown PD
The following information was obtained directly from Middletown Township Police Department records. It does not indicate convictions.
recently arrested the following people on various charges:
• Debbie Lacey, 40, of Stella Drive, Keansburg, was arrested on Dec. 2 by and charged with criminal trespass and criminal mischief.
She was released pending a court date.

• Scott Cascone, 38, of Seward Drive, Ocean, was arrested on Nov. 30 by Detective Adam Finck and charged with providing unsworn falsifications on an application for an Alcohol Beverage Control card needed to serve alcohol.
He was released pending a court date.

• Harry Morgan, 35, of Warren Place, Middletown, was arrested on Nov. 29 by Patrolman Stephen Keller and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and an outstanding contempt of court warrant issued by the Keansburg Municipal Court.
He was held on $200 bail.
