Arresting Update from Middletown PD
The following information was obtained directly from Middletown Township Police Department records. It does not indicate convictions.
arrested the following people recently on various charges:
• Christopher Newrock, 23, of Evergreen Terrace, Middletown, was arrested on Feb. 13, by Patrolman Richard Fulham, and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and criminal trespass.
He was released pending a court date.

• Daniel Wahler, 53, of Locust Terrace, , was arrested on Feb. 11, by Patrolman Felipe Benedit, and charged with simple assault.
He was released pending a court date.

• Richard Dickey Jr., 42, of Daniel Drive, Middletown, was arrested on Feb. 11, by Patrolman Christian Clark, and charged with simple assault.
He was held on $1,000 bail, with a 10 percent option, set by Judge Richard Thompson.
• Michael Kelly, 24, of Hutchinson Drive, in the Port Monmouth section of Middletown, was arrested on Feb. 12, by Patrolman Adam Colfer, and charged with unlawful possession of a prescription legend drug, possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
He was released pending a court date.
