Arresting Update: Heroin and Assault
The following information was obtained directly from Middletown Township Police Department records. It does not indicate convictions.
arrested the following people on heroin possession and assault charges:
• Christopher Hegarty, 23, of Clubhouse Drive, Middletown, was arrested on Oct. 25 by Cpl. Bernard Chenoweth for possession of heroin, aggravated assault on a police officer and resisting arrest.
He was held on $15,000 bail.

• Victor Navarro, 18, of Maple Avenue, Keansburg, was arrested on Oct. 25 by Patrolman Antonio Ciccone for possession of heroin.
He was released pending a court date.

• Jeffrey Brinser, 21, from South Concourse Avenue, Cliffwood Beach, was arrested on Oct. 25 by Patrolman Antonio Ciccone for possession of heroin.
He was released pending a court date.
