Arresting Update: Marijuana Possession

The following information was obtained directly from Middletown Township Police Department records. It does not indicate convictions.

arrested the following people recently on marijuana possession charges:

Krystalle Dipoalo, 20, of Durant Avenue, Holmdel, was arrested on Nov. 1 by Patrolman Brian Dilworth and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana.

She was released pending a court date.

Lindsey Pearce, 20, of Thorne Lane, Old Bride, was arrested on Nov. 1 by Patrolman Michael Reuter and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana.

He was released pending a court date.

Robert Carpino, 20, of Hillside Avenue, Barnegat, was arrested on Nov. 1 by Patrolman Brian Dilworth and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana.

He was released pending a court date.

Daniel Carfagno, 23, of Lakeland Drive, Port Monmouth, was arrested on Nov. 2 by Patrolman Richard Fulham and Patrolman Stephen Greenwood, of the Quality of Life Unit, and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana.

He was released pending a court date.

Christopher Gill, 19, of Grafton Avenue, Newark, was arrested on Nov. 2, 2011 by Patrolman Stephen Greenwood and Patrolman Richard Fulham, of the Quality of Life Unit, and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana.

He was released pending a court date.

James Huber, 21, of Brainard Avenue, in the Port Monmouth section of Middletown, was arrested on Nov. 2 by Patrolman Stephen Greenwood and Patrolman Richard Fulham, of the Quality of Life Unit, and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana.

He was released pending a court date.

Possession of under 50 grams of marijuana is a disorderly persons offense.
