Arresting Update: Marijuana, Shoplifting
The following information was obtained directly from Middletown Township Police Department records. It does not indicate convictions.
arrested the following people recently on shoplifting and possession of under 50 grams of marijuana:
• On Jan. 12, Patrolman Keith Hirschbein arrested a 17-year-old male juvenile from Middletown and charged him with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, a disorderly persons offense.
He was released pending a court date

• Dustin Smith, 22, of Birchwood Lane, Middletown, was arrested on Jan. 11, by Patrolman Raymond Sofield, and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana.
He was released pending a court date.

• Kyle Martin, 18, of Michigan Avenue, In the Port Monmouth section of Middletown, was arrested on Jan. 10, by Patrolman John Mele, and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, a disorderly persons offense.
He was released pending a court date.
• Sean Wollman, 19, of Green Oak Boulevard, Middletown, was arrested on Jan. 10, by Patrolman John Mele, and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, a disorderly persons offense.
He was released pending a court date.
• Agnieszka Furtak, 35, of Aberdeen Road, Aberdeen, was arrested on Jan. 9, by Patrolman Adam Vendetti, and charged with shoplifting from the store, Route 35.
She was held on $2,500 bail with a 10 percent option, set by Judge Richard Thompson.
