Middetown police arrested the following people on charges ranging from theft to simple assault ...
• Robert Dellomo, 22, of East Lincoln Avenue, Atlantic Highlands, was arrested on Sept. 27 by Patrolman Brady Carr and charged with theft and conspiracy to commit theft.
He was held pending bail.

• David Fech, 48, of Ideal Avenue, Middletown, was arrested on Sept. 28 by Cpl. James Keenan on a non-support warrant issued by the Middlesex County Superior Court.
He was held on $41,224 bail.

• Curtis Sullivan, 25, of Palmer Avenue, Middletown, was arrested on Sept. 28 by Patrolman Christopher Dee and charged with simple assault.
He was released pending a court date.
• Nicholas Walker, 18, of Palmer Avenue, Middletown, was arrested on Sept. 28 by Patrolman Richard Fulham and charged with simple assault.
He was released pending a court date.
• Joseph Lodrago, 20, from Millburn Court in Old Bridge, was arrested on Sept. 28 by Patrolman Raymond Sofield for possession of under 50 grams of marijuana.
He was released pending a court date.
