Arresting Update: Unlawful Drug Possession

The following arrests were made between August 11 through August 19.

The Middletown Township Police arrested the following for the unlawful possession of drugs, possession of marijuana, heroin and other related drug charges. 

Kazim Zaidi, 18, of Tuscan Lane in Freehold, was arrested on August 19 by Ptl.  Keith Hirschbein for possession of under 50 Grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released pending a court date.

Ashley Vance, 28, of Seymour Avenue in Bronx, was arrested on August 18 by Ptl.  Frank Mazza for possession of under 50 Grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released pending a court date.

Ryan Kelty, 22, of Bray Avenue in Port Monmouth, was arrested on August 17 by Ptl.  Keith Hirschbein for unlawful possession of a prescription legend drug (Viagra) and unlawful possession of Xanax. He was released pending a court date.

Keith Brooks, 30, of Spring Street in Red Bank, was arrested on August 17 by Ptl. James Beirne and Ptl. Adam Colfer of the Quality of Life Unit on Contempt of Court warrants issued by the Eatontown and Middletown Municipal Courts and for Obstructing the Administration of Law and for unlawful possession of Suboxone and unlawful possession of Oxycodone. He was held on $3,307 bail.

Jessica Salvaggio, 22, of Hogarth Street in Hazlet, was arrested on August 10 by Ptl. James Beirne and Ptl. Adam Colfer of the Quality of Life Unit for possession of Heroin and Possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released pending a court date.

Anthony Pianelli, 28, of Ramsey Road in Lincroft, was arrested on August 11 by Ptl.  Adam Colfer and Ptl. James Beirne for possession of Heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released pending a court date.

 

The information concerning the above arrests was obtained directly from the Middletown Township Police Department's records. While all suspects have been arrested and charged with the named offenses, convictions depend on the outcome of court appearances. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty in that court of law.

Oh, I am so glad to see that you are preserving history. My husband & I visited your town aRead More couple of weeks ago. My 9th Great Grandfather Thomas Whitlock is buried in the Old First Baptist Church yard. I was honored to stand on the porch of the home he helped build and lived in at Shoal Harbor. The name has changed to the Wilson-Seabrook House and now the Bayshore Activities Center. Wow! Too bad all the museum pieces were removed. I would love to have seen them.
