Bedminster Man Arrested on Weapon, Drug Possession Charges

The Middletown Police Department arrested and charged a Bedminster man Tuesday.

Kyle E. Constanza, 20, of Bedminster was arrested and charged Tuesday, June 12 after he allegedly was found in possession of a weapon and a controlled dangerous substance without a prescription.

According to the complaint warrant, Constanza was allegedly in possession of a spring-loaded switch blade knife made by Milano. The arrest warrant further explained that the possession of the weapon was found within an arms reach of Constanza without any particular reason.

In addition to the weapon charge, Constanza was allegedly found in possession of a controlled dangerous substance called suboxone without a prescription.

Constanza has been remanded to the Monmouth County Correctional Institution on $10,000 bail.
