Middletown Crash Victim's Family Wants Criminal Charges Filed
Monroe man died after a September West Front Street crash.
Family members of a Monroe man killed in a Middletown traffic crash last year want charges filed against the driver at fault, according to a report on NJ.com.
Robert DePalma was driving a motorcycle on West Front Street toward Red Bank when he was hit by a car traveling in the opposite direction that was turning left onto Harbor Green Circle, police said following the September 2013 incident.
Now, one of DePalma's sons is questioning why authorities haven't filed criminal charges against the driver, Daniella Coccurello, 23, of Lincroft. The Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office is still investigating the case and cannot release details, the NJ.com report states.
