Keansburg Man Charged with Middletown Jewelry Theft
The 21-year-old was previously accused of break-ins in two Hazlet homes.
A Keansburg man has allegedly made a habit of breaking into homes in Northern Monmouth.
James Imtanios, 21, previously arrested on burglary charges in Hazlet, is accused of taking jewelry from a Middletown residence.
Police say that Imtanios entered a Neptune Place home on Monday and stole jewelry. He was charged burglary and theft. His bail was set at $15,000 with no option to post 10 percent of the bond.

In May, Imtanios was also arrested after allegedly entering the two Hazlet homes. He allegedly fled when officers arrived on the scene and was chased through several backyards before being arrested by Hazlet Lt. David Cohen, police said. Imtanios was charged with burglary, theft, conspiracy to commit burglary and resisting arrest after the incident.
