Charges issued last week, according to authorities

Joseph V. Laguna, 42, previously had been ordered not to contact the individual—whose identity was not released by authorities—but allegedly violated that order by stalking, harassing and threatening the alleged victim, according to criminal complaints filed in Middletown on Dec. 5 and 6.

Those third and fourth degree crimes came with a $20,000 bond, no 10 percent option, the complaint states.
