Police Make Arrests for Alleged Liquor Store Theft, Illegal Weapons, Assault

The following arrests have been reported by the Middletown Township Police Dept. An arrest does not indicate a conviction. 

Frank Bush, 29, from Division Street in Port Monmouth was arrested on Sept. 12 by Ptl. Raymond Sofield for criminal mischief, unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a prohibited weapon, unlawful possession of weapon, possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a hypodermic syringe. He has posted $10,000 bail set by Judge Richard Thompson. 

Russell Liquari, 51, from Prospect Ave. in Middletown was arrested on Sept. 12 by Ptl. Stephen Greenwood for disorderly conduct, harassment, terroristic threats and directing bodily fluids at a Dept. of Corrections officer. He is being held on $30,000 bail at the Monmouth County Jail.

Thomas Boyd, 37, from Thousand Oaks Drive in Middletown was arrested on Sept. 16 by Det. Daniel Sullivan for endangering the welfare of a child and aggravated assault. He was released on $25,000 bail with a 10% option set by Judge Richard Thompson.

Bruce Wright, 61, from Langham Ave. in Camden, was arrested on Sept. 20 by Ptl. Charles Higgins for shoplifting liquor from the Bottle King Liquor Store, resisting arrest, obstructing the administration of law and on a contempt of court warrant issued by the East Brunswick Municipal Court. He is being held on $27,500 bail set by Judge Richard Thompson.
