Long Branch Woman Injured in Navesink River Road Crash
Woman transported to Red Bank hospital, according to report
A Long Branch woman was trapped in an SUV for almost an hour following a Tuesday morning crash on Navesink River Road in Middletown, according to an Asbury Park Press report.
The woman, identified as Adriana Almeida, 31, was injured when the vehicle struck a utility pole. She was taken to the Riverview Medical Center in Red Bank, according to the report.
Emergency responders took extra caution in removing Almeida from the vehicle because of the utility pole damage.
