M'town Arresting Update: DWIs, Theft

The following information was obtained directly from Middletown Township Police Department records. It does not indicate convictions.

arrested the following people recently on DWI, theft and defiant trespass charges:

Emily Malz, 24, of Thousand Oaks Drive, Atlantic Highlands, was arrested on April 28, by Patrolman James Beirne, and charged with driving while intoxicated following a motor vehicle stop.

She was released pending a court date.

Timothy McGrath, 25, of Middletown-Lincroft Road, Middletown, was arrested on April 28, by Sgt. Paul Bailey, and charged with driving while intoxicated.

He was released pending a court date.

Keith Monaghan, 18, of Commonwealth Avenue, Red Bank, was arrested on April 24, by Patrolman Greg Buhowski, and charged with defiant trespass.

He was released pending a court date.

• Dylan Ralph, 19, of Nutswamp Road, Middletown, was arrested on April 24, by Patrolman Michael Reuter, and charged with defiant trespass.

He was released pending a court date.

Laura Frank, 19, of Cherry Tree Lane in Middletown, was arrested on April 24, by Patrolman Christopher Dee, and charged with theft.

She was released after posting $5,000 bail with a 10 percent option.

Robert Stavola, 19, of Patterson Avenue, Red Bank, was arrested on April 25, by Cpl. James Keenan, and charged with harassment and terroristic threats.

He was released after posting $500 bail with a 10 percent option, set by Judge James Berube.

Daniel Strano, 24, of Donald Road, East Brunswick, was arrested on April 26, by Patrolman Stephen Keller, and charged with driving while intoxicated, following a motor vehicle stop.

He was released pending a court date.
