M'town PD Arresting Update: Warrants
The following information was obtained directly from Middletown Township Police Department records. It does not indicate convictions.
arrested the following people recently on outstanding warrant charges:
• Jeffrey Smith, 43, of Route 66, Neptune, was arrested on March 10, by Patrolman Adam Colfer, on the charge of a contempt of court warrants issued by the Newark, Bradley Beach and Howell municipal courts.
He was held on $330 bail.

• James Oliver, 32, of Cedar Avenue, Middletown, was arrested on March 8, by Patrolman Greg Buhowski, on the charge of a contempt of court warrant issued by the Hamilton Township Municipal Court.
He was released on $150 bail.

• Howy Green, 30, of Laurel Avenue, Keansburg, was arrested on March 6, by Patrolman Charles Higgins, on the charge of a contempt of court warrant issued by the West Long Branch Municipal Court.
He was held on $307 bail.
• Ceasar Silecchia, 48, of Burlington Avenue, in the Leonardo section of Middletown, was arrested on March 6, by Cpl. James Keenan on the charge of a contempt of court warrant issued by the .
He was released after posting $250 bail.
• Joshua Doran, 24, of Michele Drive, Middletown, was arrested on March 7, by Patrolman Ryan Riffert, on the charge of a contempt of court warrant issued by the Holmdel Municipal Court.
He was released after posting $304 bail.
