Leonardo Man Faces Charges of Heroin, Cocaine Possession

Arrest of a 24-year old on Jan. 2.

Middletown Police arrested a 24-year old Leonardo man on Wednesday, and charged him with possession of heroin and cocaine. 

Trevor Pituk of Center Ave is in the county jail in Freehold on $10,000 bail, set by Judge Richard B. Thompson, according to jail inmate information available thorugh DataUniverse.

If convicted on the two charges, Pituk could face a 3 to 5 year prison term.

According to the database, Pituk is also facing charges of conspiracy and fraudulent use of a credit card by an unnamed agency. Bail was set at $5,000 on the conspiracy charge.
