Sean Dickey, 40, of Daniel Drive was arrested by Holmdel police for alleged possession of heroin, cocaine and Alprazolam on Jan. 20.
Possession of these drugs is considered a third degree crimes. If convicted of a third degree crime, a defendant may face a three to five year prison sentence.
Police say Dickey was also allegedly carrying drug paraphernalia, specifically a clear glass pipe with cocaine residue and glassine packets containing heroin, a disorderly persons offense.
Dickey is being held at the county jail on $15,000 bail.
Dickey was indicted on Jan. 16 by a grand jury in Freehold on charges of heroin possession in Neptune last July, and will stand trial to face the formal charges.
