Middletown Man Charged With Sending Letter To Sexual Assault Victim

Gary Wolchesky of Ironwood Court in Middletown faces contempt, tampering with a witness charges.

A 25-year old man who professed to be a pedophile on Youtube and who was arrested for endangering children is in trouble again for allegedly sending a letter to one of his victims when he was specifically ordered not to do so.

Gary Wolchesky of Ironwood Court in Middletown is accused of sending the victim in Freehold Township a letter on Feb. 24, asking him to not talk to not give out information about the investigation in which Wolchesky is named. The complaint was signed by a Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office on April 10.

A Monmouth County Superior Court judge back issued a judicial order in 2010 to prohibit any contact with his alleged victims. Wolchesky is being held at the county jail.

Bail on the latest charges was set at $40,000 by Judge Richard English.

His first appearance on the contempt and tampering with a witness charges is scheduled for April 15.
