Middletown Man Indicted for Alleged Sexual Contact With a Minor
Charges also include endangering the welfare of a child
Anthony Purcell, 38, of Claudedon Court in Middletown has been indicted on charges of sexual assault of a 16-year old minor.
The incident allegedly occurred on Feb. 27 in Ocean Township.
The Monmouth County's Grand Jury vote to indict Purcell on Sept. 28 is a formal charge, not a conviction.
