Middletown NJ Police Blotter: Dec. 31, 2012 - Jan. 7, 2013

The following information was released by the Middletown Township Police Dept. on Jan. 7, 2013. An arrest does not indicate a conviction. Unless noticed, all were released pending a court date. 

Dec. 31, 2012: Michael Sesta, 51, of Morningside Ave. in Middletown was arrested by Ptl. Keith Hirschbein for simple assault.

Gert Odendaal, 47, of Nautilus Dr. in Leonardo was arrested by Cpl. Thomas Meckier for DWI. 

Anthony Harris, 34, of Carr Ave. in Keansburg was arrested by Det. Adam Finck for theft.

Christina Larocco, 25, of Seabreeze Ave. in Middletown was arrested by Ptl. Adam Colfer for simple assault.

Ptl. Michael Reuter was arrested a 17 year-old male juvenile from Middletown for possession of under 50 grams of marijuana.

Jan. 1, 2013: Jesus Caban, 30, of Park Ave. in Oakhurst was arrested by Ptl. Lawrence Seymour on a warrant issued by the Monmouth County Superior Court. He was held without bail.

Jan. 2: James Vanness, 70, of Sugarwood Circle in Essex was arrested by Ptl. Lawrence Seymour for DWI.

Jan. 2: Stevielyn Burd, 18, of Church St. in Belford was arrested by Ptl. John Mele for possession of under 50 grams of marijuana.

Jan. 2: Ginamarie Madero, 20, of Seventh St. in Belford was arrested by Ptl. Raymond Sofield of the Quality of Life Unit for possession of a hypodermic syringe.

Mark Rettino, 60, of Danbury Court in Middletown was arrested by Police Officer Lisa Vreeland for simple assault. He was held on $2,500 bail.

Det. Kimberly Best was arrested a 13 year old male juvenile from Middletown for sharing unauthorized videos. 

Trevor Pituk, 24, of Center Ave. in Leonardo was arrested by Ptl. Raymond Sofield of the Quality of Life Unit for possession of hypodermic syringe, possession of cocaine, possession of heroin, possession of drug paraphernalia and a contempt of court warrant issued by the South Brunswick Municipal Court. He was held on $15,000 bail.

Jan. 4: Steven Mainero, 18, of Colonial Dr. in Tinton Falls was arrested by Ptl. Raymond Sofield of the Quality of Life Unit for possession of under 50 grams of marijuana.

Seam Mulkeen, 18, of Waterwitch Ave. in Highlands was arrested by Ptl. James Beirne for possession of under 50 grams of marijuana. 

Vincent Pantini, 43, of Parkview Ave. in Lincroft was arrested by Det. Adam Finck for criminal attempt and forgery. 

Ptl. Raymond Sofield of the Quality of Life Unit arrested a 17 year-old male juvenile from Leonardo for possession of under 50 grams of marijuana.

Ptl. Raymond Sofield of the Quality of Life Unit was arrested a 16 year-old male juvenile from Middletown for possession of under 50 grams of marijuana.

Jan. 5: Aaron Waldron, 25, of Seeley Ave. in Keansburg was arrested by Ptl. Keith Hirschbein for possession of under 50 grams of marijuana.

Ptl. Michael Nolan arrested a 17 year-old male juvenile from Middletown for obstructing an investigation and resisting arrest.

Stephen Tucker, 21, of Lane C in Hazlet was arrested by Ptl. Richard Belmonte for DWI. 

Jan. 6: Adam Stranges, 21, of Sandy Hook Ave. in Belford was arrested by Ptl. Ian May for criminal trespass and on contempt of court warrants issued by the Middletown and Freehold Municipal Court. He was held on $7,500 bail.

Brian Handler, 20, of Sandy Hook Ave. in Belford was arrested by Ptl. Ian May for robbery, theft, criminal trespass, simple assault and on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Freehold Municipal Court. He was held on $16,000 bail.

Joseph McGrath, 56, of Seabreeze Ave. in Middletown was arrested on Jan. 6, 2013 by Ptl. Keith Hirschbein on a non-support warrant issued by the Monmouth County Superior Court. He was held on $12,000 bail.

Contempt of Court

Dec. 31, 2012: Michael Ngai, 18, of Glenn Blvd. in Atlantic Highlands was arrested by Ptl. Richard Belmonte on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was held on $500 bail.

Taheem Brown, 20, of Grove Pl. in Keansburg was arrested by Ptl. Anthony Gigante on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was held on $2000 bail.

Richard Castles, 41, of White St. in Middletown was arrested by Ptl. Richard Fulham on Contempt of Court warrants issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was held on $1250 bail.

Jan. 3, 2013: Shane Kolb, 31, of Highway 36 in Port Monmouth was arrested by Ptl. Adam Colfer on Contempt of Court warrants issued by the Keansburg and Sayreville Municipal Courts and on a Failure to Appear warrant issued by the Monmouth County Superior Court. He was held on $4,704 bail.

Daniel Marrero, 39, of Jersey Ave. in Middletown was arrested by Cpl. Robert McNair on Contempt of Court warrants issued by the Newark Municipal Court and the Hudson County Superior Court. He was held on $5,000 bail.

Jan. 4: Eric Wilhelm, 23, of Carter Ave. in Middletown was arrested by Ptl. Keith Hirschbein on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Keansburg Municipal Court. He was held on $300 bail.

John Layton, 60, of Ave. C in Atlantic Highlands was arrested by Ptl. Albert Scott on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was held on $1,000 bail.

Christine Volpe, 26, of Sherman Ave. in Belford was arrested by Ptl. Ryan Riffert on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. She was released after posting $1,000 bail.

Robert Bayly, 24, of Oakes Ave. in Belford was arrested by Ptl. Keith Hirschbein on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Atlantic Highlands Municipal Court. He was held on $251 bail.

Jacquelin White, 23, of Atlantic St. in Keyport was arrested by Ptl. Andrew Micalizzi on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. She was released after posting $350 bail.

Carissa Bossert, 24, of Woods End Road in Middletown was arrested by Ptl. Andrew Micalizzi on Contempt of Court warrants issued by the Atlantic Highlands and the Allenhurst Municipal Courts. She was held on $1,190 bail.

Jan. 5: Dia Anselmi, 39, of Oakdale Drive in Middletown was arrested by Ptl. Antonio Ciccone on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Milltown Municipal Court. She was released after posting $696 bail. 

Rashon Martin, 24, of Brainard Ave. in Port Monmouth was arrested by Ptl. James Beirne for defiant trespass and on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Monmouth Beach Municipal Court. He was held on $750 bail.

Jan. 7: Daniel Wolffe, 47, of Thousand Oaks Drive in Atlantic Highlands was arrested by Ptl. Ian May on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Howell Municipal Court. He was held on $1,000 bail.
