Middletown Police Blotter: Feb. 6 - 13

The following log of arrests by the Middletown Police Dept. was released on Feb. 14. All were released pending a court date unless indicated. An arrest does not indicate a conviction. 

Feb. 6: Alexandrea Burke, 18, from Bayside Parkway in Middletown was arrested by Ptl. James Beirne for shoplifting from Kohls.

Barbara Wagner, 30, from Bayside Parkway in Middletown, was arrested by Ptl. James Beinre for shoplifting from Kohls.

Feb. 7: Ryan Rittendale, 18, from Clearence St. in Westfield was arrested for forgery and uttering a forgery.

Michael Stefuryszyn, 19, from Walling Avenue in Belford was arrested by Ptl. Anthony Bumbico and Ptl. Richard Fulham of the Quality of Life Unit for possession of K2 and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Cory Diehl, 19, from Kentucky Avenue in Middletown was arrested by Ptl. Richard Fulham and Ptl. Anthony Bumbico of the Quality of Life Unit for possession of K2, possession of drug paraphernalia and on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Eatontown Municipal Court. He was held on $250 bail.

Michael Carlucci, 43, from Burlington Avenue in Leonardo was arrested by Ptl. Scott Davis on a warrant issued for violation of intensive supervision program. He was held on bail. 

Sean Leavy, 20, from Brookside Drive in Belford, was arrested by Ptl. Richard Fulham and Ptl. Anthony Bumbico for possession of under 50 grams of marijuana.

Nicole Zizzamia, 31, from Azimuth Court in Holmdel, was arrested by Ptl. Thomas Hughes for theft and shoplifting from the Bed, Bath and Beyond store. She was held on $5,000 bail set by Judge Richard Thompson.

Feb. 9: Ean Bloom, 23, from Thousand Oaks Drive in Atlantic Highlands was arrested by Ptl. Felipe Benedit for possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and obstructing the administration of law.

George Echevarria, 20, from Monmouth Parkway in Middletown was arrested by Ptl. Donald Coates for simple assault. He was held on $1,000 bail with a 10% option set by Judge Richard Thompson. 

Jonathan Guzman, 22, from Monmouth Parkway in Middletown was arrested by Ptl. Donald Coates for aggravated assault, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose, unlawful possession of a weapon and on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Hamilton Municipal Court. He was held on $10,000 bail with a 10% option set by Judge Richard Thompson.

Feb. 10: Brian Muench, 45, from Isabella Court in Atlantic Highlands was arrested on Feb. 10 by Ptl. Stephen Greenwood for DWI.

Lori Aviles, 46, from Port Monmouth Rd. in Port Monmouth, was arrested by Ptl. Raymond Sofield for simple assault and obstructing the administration of law. She was held on $3,500 bail set by Judge Richard Thompson.

Ptl. John Mele arrested a 17 year-old male juvenile from Middletown, a 15 year-old female juvenile from Red Bank, and a 16 year-old female from Red Bank for possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. 

Feb. 11: Thomas Deluca, 21, from Lakeside Dr. in Atlantic Highlands was arrested by Ptl. Stephen Greenwood for possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Justin Ardine, 26, from Carpenter St. in Red Bank was arrested by Det. Daniel Sullivan for credit card theft and use of a stolen credit card.

John Vandyck, 18, from Cooper Rd. in Red Bank was arrested by Ptl. James Beirne for possession of a prohibited weapon, possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Feb 12: Robert Burke, 25, from Bayshore Mobile Manor in Hazlet,was arrested by Ptl. Scott for defiant trespass and on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was held on $2,993 bail.

Kim Potenzieri, 22, from Adam Place in Hazlet was arrested by Ptl. Albert Scott for possession of drug paraphernalia.

Mark Seitz, 45, from Park Avenue in Middletown was arrested by Ptl. Albert Scott for aggravated assault on a police officer, resisting arrest and obstructing the administration of law. He was held on $15,000 bail.

Feb. 13: April Pezet, 41, from Crossway Way in Middletown was arrested on Feb. 13 by Lt. Robert Stefanski for disorderly conduct.

Dina Lancaster, 38, from 11th St. in Belford was arrested by Lt. Robert Stefanski for disorderly conduct.

Janine Stiesi, 42, from Willis Avenue in Keansburg, was arrested by Lt. Robert Stefanski for disorderly conduct.
