Middletown PD Blotter: Charges of Drug Possession, Theft

Middletown Police report several arrests for Alprazolam (Xanax).

The following arrests were reported by the Middletown Police Dept. An arrest is not a conviction. All were released pending a court date unless indicated. 

July 1

Steven Hoehler, 43, of Navesink Ave. in Middletown was arrested by Ptl. Adam Colfer on charges of possession of crack cocaine, possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was held on $3,000 bail with a 10% option set by Judge James Berube.

Timothy O’Hare, 30, of Tindall Rd. in Middletown was arrested by Detective Keith Hirschbein on a theft charge. He was held on $5,000 bail with a 10% option set by Judge James Newman.

Paul French, 24, of Kanes Lane in Middletown was arrested by Ptl. James Beirne on charges of being under the influence of a controlled dangerous substance and unlawful possession of Alprazolam (Xanax).  

July 3

Jessica Feeney, 29, of Highland Ave. in Keansburg was arrested by Det. Keith Hirschbein and Det. Daniel Sullivan on a receiving stolen property charge.  

Robert Andrews, 45, of Ocean Street in Highlands was arrested by Det. Daniel Sullivan and Det. Keith Hirschbein on charges of receiving stolen property, shoplifting, possession of a hypodermic syringe and conspiracy. 

William Hicks, 40, of Twilight Ave. in Keansburg was arrested by Det. Keith Hirschbein and Det. Daniel Sullivan on charges of receiving stolen property, shoplifting, conspiracy. He was released on his own recognizance.

July 6

Richard Moses, 42, of 3rd Ave. in Bronx, NY, was arrested by Ptl. Jason Caruso on charges of aggravated assault on a police officer, throwing bodily fluids at a law enforcement officer and on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was held on $16,000 bail set by Judge James Berube.

Jill Poliny-Fusco, 49, of Bay Hill Rd. in Leonardo was arrested by Ptl. Kent Thornton on charges of simple assault, unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose. She was held on $11,000 bail with a 10% option set by Judge James Berube.

July 7: 

David Baker, 46, of Port Monmouth Rd. in Middletown was arrested on July 7 by Ptl. Adam Colfer on charges of possession of heroin, possession of crack cocaine, unlawful possession of Xanax, possession of drug paraphernalia, hindering apprehension, and on contempt of court warrants issued by the Newark, Hamilton, Sayreville, Keansburg and Middletown Municipal Courts. He was held on $20,000 bail set by Judge Richard Thompson.  

July 8: 

Peter Christensen, 22, of Florence Ave. in Leonardo was arrested on July 8 by Ptl. Richard Fulham on burglary and theft charges. He was held on $10,000 bail set by Judge Richard Thompson.

July 9

Joan Penney, 53, of Manchester Court in Red Bank was arrested by Ptl. John Mele for on charges of obstructing the administration of law, resisting arrest and aggravated assault on a police officer. 

Nicholas Siciliano, 43, of Seabreeze Ave. in Keansburg was arrested by Ptl. Savvas Roumeliotis on a shoplifting charge at the Shop Rite Store. 

July 10: 

Morgan Hemberger, 19, of Melrose Terrace in Middletown was arrested by Cpl. Albert Scott on charges of criminal trespass, possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of Alprazolam (Xanax.) 

Timothy Houlihan, 22, of Hopping Rd. in Belford was arrested by Ptl. Greg Buhowski on charges of criminal trespass, possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and unlawful possession of Alprazolam (Xanax).

Robert Manzo, 20, of Clairmont Ave. in Belford was arrested by Ptl. James Beirne on charges of criminal trespass, possession of under 50 grams of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest, obstructing the administration of law, unlawful possession of a weapon, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and unlawful possession of Alprazolam (Xanax). He was held on $22,500 bail set by Judge Richard Thompson.

Anthony Edele, 53, of Brevent Ave. in Leonardo was arrested by Ptl. James Beirne on a criminal mischief charge. He was held on $1,000 bail with a 10% option set by Judge Richard Thompson.

Scott Horst, 34, of Libby Place in Middletown was arrested by Ptl. Ian May on a charge of theft of services. 

Brandon Moreno, 22, of Monmouth Parkway in Middletown was arrested by Ptl. Greg Buhowski on a charge of simple assault. He was released after posting $2,500 bail with a 10% option set by Judge Richard Thompson.
