Middletown Police Blotter: August 24-29

Walter Brown, 36, from Redwood Dr. in Eatontown,arrested on August 26 by Ptl. BrianMcGrogan for Simple Assault. He was released after posting $2,500 bail with a 10% option set by Judge Richard Thompson. 

Michael Patrick, 18, from Walnut Ave. in Middletown, was arrested on August 26 by Ptl. Raymond Sofield for Obstructing the Administration of Law. He was released pending a court date.

John Carroll, 38, from Kings Highway East in Middletown was arrested on August 26 by Cpl. Bernie Chenoweth for Simple Assault, Criminal Mischief and Criminal Trespass. He was released after posting $5,000 bail with a 10% option.

Catherine Paissides, 45, from Lincoln Place in Wayne,was arrested on August 25 by Ptl. Raymond Sofield for Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana, Disorderly Conduct and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She was released pending a court date.

Devin Bacy, 20, from Cherry Street in Tinton Falls,was arrested on August 24 by Police Officer Lisa Vreeland for Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Purchasing/Consuming Alcohol Under. He was released pending a court date.

Ryan Kuhl, 22, from Attleboro Court in Red Bank,was arrested on August 24 by Detective Daniel Sullivan for Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Purchasing/Consuming Alcohol Under. He was released pending a court date. 

Anthony Jackson, 20, from Howard Ave. in Tinton Falls,was arrested on August 24 by Police Officer Lisa Vreeland for Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession/Consumption of Alcohol Under and on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Eatontown Municipal Court. He was released after posting $366 bail.

Charles Pratt, 20, from Steven Ave. in Tinton Falls,was arrested on August 24 by Ptl. Brian McGrogan for Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession/Consumption of Alcohol Under. He was released pending a court date.

John Schneider, 40, from Port Monmouth Road in Keansburg,was arrested on August 24 by Ptl. Charles Higgins for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Unlawful Possession of Oxycodone. He was released after posting $2,500 bail with a 10% option set by Judge Richard Thompson.

Samson Hearn, 30, from Maple Ave. in Fair Haven, was arrested on August 25 by Ptl. Savino Capilupi for Disorderly Conduct. He was released pending a court date.

Hassan Aly, 23, from Andrew Drive in Monroe, was arrested on August 26 by Ptl. John Melefor Driving While Intoxicated. He was released pending a court date.

Robert Strong, 36, from Cross Road in Matawan, was arrested on August 27 by Det. Kimberly Best for Sexual Assault and Endangering the Welfare of a Child. He was held on $300,000 bail set by Judge Richard English of the Monmouth County Superior Court.

Ronald Shopp, 25, from Elm Street in Belford, was arrested on August 27 by Ptl. Keith Hirschbein for Unlawful Possession of Oxycodone, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Possession of Oxycodone with the Intent to Distribute and on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was held on $10,000 bail with no 10% option set by Judge Richard Thompson.

Joseph O’Brien, 48, from Neptune Place in Middletown, was arrested on August 29 by Ptl. Raymond Sofield for Theft. He was released pending a court date.

Gerald Benino, 49, from Murphy Road in Port Monmouth, was arrested on August 29 by Cpl. Bernie Chenoweth for Simple Assault. He was released pending a court date.

Todd Voorhees, 33, from Hurley’s Lane in Lincroft, was arrested on August 29 by Ptl. Ian May for Simple Assault and Defiant Trespass. He was held on $10,000 bail with no 10% option set by Judge Richard Thompson.

Brian Brzeski, 21, from Alden Street in Wallington, was arrested on August 29 by Sergeant Paul Bailey for Driving While Intoxicated. He was released pending a court date.

Contempt of Court 

Geoffrey Guido, 54, from Leonard Ave. in Atlantic Highlands, was arrested on August 27 by Ptl. John Mele on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the TintonFalls Municipal Court. He was released after posting $135 bail.

Anastasia Reynolds, 47, from Seaview Ave. in Keansburg, was arrested on August 26 by Ptl. Keith Hirschbein on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Long Branch Municipal Court. She was released after posting $75 bail.

Alice Terranova, 52, from York Ave. in Port Monmouth, was arrested on August 26 by Cpl. Bernie Chenoweth on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. She was released on her own recognizance pending a court date.

Kevin Allen, 28, from Powell Ave. in Atlantic Highlands, was arrested on August 26 by Ptl. Stephen Keller on Contempt of Court warrants issued by the Middletown, Tinton Falls and Atlantic Highlands Municipal Courts. He was held on $1,883 bail.

Andres Rodriguez, 30, from 5th Street in Union City,  was arrested on August 25 by Cpl. Bernie Chenoweth on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Jersey City Municipal Court. He was released after posting $3,500 bail with a 10% option.

Harmony Doyle, 33, from Shoreland Terrace in Middletown, was arrested on August 27 byPtl. Donald Coates on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. She was released after posting $250 bail.

Gad Attar, 39, from Jefferies Ave. in Perth Amboy, was arrested on August 27 by Ptl. Andrew Micalizzi on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Sayreville Municipal Court. He was released after posting $139 bail.

Robert Backovsky, 22, from Pinehurst Ave. in Middletown, was arrested August 28 on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Hazlet Municipal Court. He was held on $483 bail.

Amanda Grzyb-Kelly, 20, from Union Valley Road Monroe, was arrested on August 28 on Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. She was released after posting $1,000 bail.
