How many times does Richard Weber have to be arrested for cocaine before he gets sent to state prison???
concerned belford resident June 18, 2012 at 12:25 am
its a disgrace how many times Richard Weber is arrested and let go. He's the joke of the town. One day an innocent person will get hurt and then it will be too late. He should be put away for as long as possible and help keep Belford drug free. The police department should be ashamed of how many chances he gets.
