Middletown Police Blotter:July 27-August 5

Information as released by the Middletown Police Dept. An arrest does not indicate a conviction. Unless noted, all persons were released pending a court date. 

Michael Cacciuttolo, 34, of Park Avenue in Middletown, was arrested on July 29 by Ptl. Adam Vendetti for Aggravated Assault and Unlawful Possession of a Weapon. He was released pending a court date.

Jacqueline Wiedmeyer, 22, of Leonardville Road in Belford, was arrested on July 29 by Ptl. Christian Clark on a Violation of Drug Court warrant. She was being held at the Monmouth County Superior Court.

Justin Ardine, 26, of Madison Avenue in Red Bank, was arrested July 29 by Ptl. Robert Shannon for Violation of a Court Order. He was released after posting $2,500 bail with a 10 percent option set by Judge Richard Thompson.

Jason West, 32, of Regal Place in Lincroft, was arrested on July 28 by Cpl. Gerald Weimer on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Old Bridge Municipal Court. He was released after posting $106 bail.

Darren Mensch, 35, of Schelly Drive in Middletown, was arrested on July 27 by Ptl. Charles Higgins on Contempt of Court warrants issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was released after posting $2,000 bail.

Justin Salazar, 21, of Cherry Tree Lane in Middletown, was arrested on July 27 by Detective Lieutenant Stephen Dollinger and Detective Kelly Godley on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Holmdel Municipal Court. He was released after posting $150 bail.

Sean Coffey, 34, of Hosford Avenue in Leonardo, was arrested on July 27 by Cpl. Bernie Chenoweth on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Linden Municipal Court. He was released after posting $200 bail.

Scott Byrne, 45, of Stephenville Boulevard in Red Bank, was arrested on July 27 by Ptl. Adam Vendetti on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Holmdel Municipal Court. He was released after posting $164 bail.

Alexandra Sarna, 22, of Hudson Avenue in Middletown, was arrested on July 27 by Ptl. Robert Shannon on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. She was released after posting $500.00 bail.

Thomas Coyle, 22, of Kimberly Court in Red Bank, was arrested on July 29 by Ptl. Brian McGrogan for Driving While Intoxicated. He was released pending a court date.

Rudolph Starace, 22, of Dalby Place in Middletown, was arrested on July 29 by Ptl. Ian May for Driving While Intoxicated and on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was released after posting $1,000 bail.

Edward Mora, 37, of Horrocks Street in Philadelphia, was arrested on July 27 by Ptl. Carl Roth on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was released after posting $250 bail.

Eric Bischoff, 43, of Victory Road in Howell, was arrested on July 27 by Ptl. Ian May on a Non-Support warrant issued by the Mercer County Sheriff’s Office. He was held on $25,692 bail.

Marc Elia, 38, of Lincoln Street in Red Bank, was arrested on July 28 by Ptl. Frank Mazza for Driving While Intoxicated. He was released pending a court date.

Juan Romero-Rojas, 25, of Spring Street in Red Bank, was arrested on July 28 by Ptl. John Mele for Driving While Intoxicated. He was released pending a court date.

Teresa Dicicco, 36, of Seeley Avenue in Keansburg, was arrested on July 27 by Police Office Larisa Doriety on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was held on $500 bail.

Kerry Smith, 55, of Club House Drive in Middletown, was arrested on July 28 by Ptl. Raymond Sofield for Simple Assault and Sexual Assault. He was held on $101,000 set by Judge Perry from the Monmouth County Superior Court.

Francis Connor, 45, of East Roosevelt Circle in Red Bank, was arrested on July 30 by Ptl. John Mele on Contempt of Court warrants issued by the Red Bank and Middletown Municipal Courts. He was released after posting $1,830.00 bail.

Gad Attar, 39, of Jefferies Avenue in Perth Amboy, was arrested on July 30 by Ptl. Greg Buhowski for Terroristic Threats. He was released pending a court date.

Robert Bayly, 24, of Oakes Avenue in Belford, was arrested on July 30 by Ptl. Keith Hirschbein on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Highlands Municipal Court. He was held on $326 bail.

Matthew Meahan, 40, of Joseph Drive in Lincroft, was arrested on July 30 by Ptl. Greg Buhowski on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Little Silver Municipal Court. He was released after posting $100 bail.

Eric Mercadante, 23, of Lizette Street in Garfield, was arrested on July 30 by Ptl. Greg Buhowski on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was released after posting $500 bail.

Barry Grasser, 66,of New Monmouth Road in Middletown, was arrested on July 30 by Ptl. Ryan Riffert on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was released after posting $500 bail.

James Rolle, 56, of Highway 36 in Leonardo, was arrested on July 31 by Ptl. Richard Raike on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Long Branch Municipal Court. He was released after posting $355 bail.

Lacey Yannelli, 27, of Essex Street in Middletown, was arrested on July 31 by Ptl. Ryan Riffert on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Highlands Municipal Court. She was released after posting $156 bail.

Jennifer Rivera, 22, of Vineyard Avenue in Middletown, was arrested on July 31 by Ptl. Richard Raike for Aggravated Assault and Unlawful Possession of a Weapon. She was released after posting $25,000 bail with a 10 percent option set by Judge Richard Thompson.

Christopher Benino, 20, of Murphy Road in Port Monmouth, was arrested on July 31 by Ptl.  Keith Hirschbein for Disorderly Conduct. He was released pending a court date.

Jennifer Smith, 34, of Port Monmouth Road in Middletown, was arrested on August 1 by Ptl. Jason Caruso for Simple Assault. She was released pending a court date.

Sheila Riehle, 37, of Monmouth Avenue in Middletown, was arrested on August 2 by Ptl. Richard Fulham for Simple Assault. She was released after posting $1,000 bail.

Charles Bolin, 36, of Seabreeze Avenue in Middletown, was arrested on August 2 by Ptl. Ian May for Driving While Intoxicated. He was released pending a court date.

Patrick Daly, 18, of East Road in Middletown, was arrested on August 1, 2012 by Ptl. Raymond Sofield for Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana. She was released pending a court date.

Thomas Scobie, 23, of Morningside Avenue in Keansburg, was arrested on August 1, 2012 by Corporal James Keenan for Shoplifting from the Shop Rite Store. He was released pending a court date.

Jasmine Stout-McLeod, 24, of Waterwich Avenue in Highlands, was arrested on August 1 by Ptl. James Beirne and Ptl. Adam Colfer from the Quality of Life Unit on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Florence Municipal Court. She was released after posting $60 bail.

William Froner, 21, of Murphy Road in Port Monmouth, was arrested on August 1 by Ptl. Robert Shannon on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Sea Bright Municipal Court. He was released after posting $1,000 bail.

Elizabeth Burke, 40, of Cherry Street in Middletown, was arrested on August 5 by Ptl.  Keith Hirschbein for Violation of a Court Order, Possession of a Hypodermic Syringe and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She was released pending a court date.

Richard Willmore, 60, of West Valley Garden Drive in Jacksonville, was arrested on August 5 by Ptl.  Ryan Riffert for Obstructing the Administration of Law. He was released pending a court date.

Robert Backovsky, 21, of Pinehurst Avenue in Middletown, was arrested on August 5 by Ptl.  Lawrence Seymour on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was released after posting $250 bail.

Peter Zagajec, 39, of Branson Drive in Lincroft, was arrested on August 4 by Ptl. Anthony Gigante for Defiant Trespass. He was released pending a court date.

Walter Connolly, 42, of Monmouth Avenue in Leonardo, was arrested on August 3 by Ptl. Albert Scott for Simple Assault. He was released pending a court date.

Eric Fox, 42, of Bayview Avenue in Belford, was arrested on August 3 by Lt. Ernest Volkland for Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Mischief. He was released pending a court date.

Daniel Ward, 36, of First Avenue in Brick, was arrested on August 2 by Ptl.  Charles Higgins on Contempt of Court warrants issued by the Middletown and Highlands Municipal Courts. He was held on $755 bail.

Samir Mezyene, 35, of Morton Avenue in Woonsocket, RI, was arrested on August 2 by Ptl. Michael Pentilie on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Freehold Borough Municipal Court. He was released after posting $156 bail.

Justin Taylor, 19, of Mohawk Avenue in Leonardo, was arrested on August 2 by Ptl. James Beirne of the Quality of Life Unit on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Atlantic Highlands Municipal Court. He was released on his own recognizance.

Carol Blunda, 60, of Melrose Terrace in Middletown, was arrested on August 2 by Ptl. Adam Vendetti on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Allenhurst Municipal Court. She was released after posting $114 bail.

Jill Boyle, 23, from Fleetwood Drive in Hazlet, was arrested on August 3 by Ptl. John Mele for Driving While Intoxicated. She was released pending a court date.
