Middletown Police Blotter: July 6-12

Drug arrests, simple assault, unlawful possessions of weapons and disorderly conduct. Names of arrested parties and charges released by police Friday.

Virgil Valentin, 25, of East End Avenue in Belford, NJ was arrested on July 6 by Ptl. Nicholas Fenezia for possession of less than 50 grams of marijuana. 

Police also charged Valentin with the possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, possession of marijuana within 500 feet of a public park, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Valentin was held pending bail.

Ptl. Nicholas Fenezia made a similar arrest on July 12 of a 16-year-old male juvenile from Keansburg for Possession of under 50 grams of marijuana.

Police also charged the teenager with the possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute, possession of marijuana with the intent to distribute within 1000 feet of a school, possession of drug paraphernalia, obstructing the administration of law and resisting arrest.

He was released pending a court date.

On July 7, Sergeant First Class William Colangelo arrested a 17-year-old male juvenile from Port Monmouth, for driving while intoxicated and possession of under 50 grams of marijuana. He was released pending a court date.

On July 9, Ptl. James Beirne arrested a 17-year-old male juvenile from Red Bank, for unlawful possession of a weapon and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released pending a court date.

James Delucia, 59, of Main Street in Middletown, was arrested on July 9 by Ptl. Nicholas Fenezia for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. He was released pending a court date.

Kaity Aviles, 20, of Port Monmouth Road in Middletown, was arrested on July 8 by Ptl. Keith Hirschbein on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Keansburg Municipal Court. He was held on $200 bail.

Dawn Villano, 52, of California Avenue in Brick, was arrested on July 8 by Ptl. Ryan Riffert on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Eatontown Municipal Court. She was held on $500 bail.

Joseph Jack, 23, of Edmunds Avenue in Union Beach, was arrested on July 7 by Ptl. Larisa Doriety on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was held on $500 bail.

Bryan Bernstein, 36, of Brownsdock Road in Atlantic Highlands, was arrested on July 7 by Ptl. Antonio Ciccone for simple assault. He was released pending a court date.

Ashnah Hopkins, 26, of Peoria Street in Harvey, IL, was arrested on July 7 by Ptl. Richard Belmonte for harassment. He was released pending a court date.

Luis Chuchuca Cabrera, 27, of New Brunswick Avenue in Perth Amboy, was arrested on July 6 by Corporal Keith MacDonald on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was released after posting $250 bail.

Norman Gilby 3rd, 27, of Pool Avenue in Union Beach, NJ, was arrested on July 7 by Ptl. James Beirne for driving while intoxicated. He was released pending a court date.

Evan Raczkiewicz, 19, of Newman Springs Road, was arrested on July 7 by Ptl. Anthony Bumbico for receiving stolen property. He was held on $5,000 bail with a 10% option set by Judge Richard Thompson.

Richard Dean, 52, of Railroad Avenue in Belford, was arrested on July 8 by Ptl. Stephen Greenwood for simple assault, possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose and terroristic threats. He was held on bail.

Janine Foster, 38, of 1st Avenue in Atlantic Highlands, was arrested on July 10 by Ptl. Richard Fulham on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Keansburg Municipal Court. He was released on $125 bail.

Brian Santos, 32, of Bray Avenue in Middletown, was arrested on July 9 by Corporal James Keenan on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Union Municipal Court. He was held on $980 bail.

Peter Trapasso, 24, from Lynn Boulevard in Hazlet,was arrested on July 9 by Ptl. Michael Allen on a violation of probation warrant issued by the Monmouth County Superior Court. He was being held at the Monmouth County Correctional Facility in Freehold, NJ.

Walter Sabino, 49, of Kingdom Avenue in Staten Island, NY, was arrested on July 9 by Ptl. Adam Vendetti for simple assault. He was released pending a court date.

Naeem Hammond, 24, of 1st Avenue in Atlantic Highlands, was arrested on July 10 by Ptl. Savino Capilupi on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Newark Municipal Court. He was released after posting $500 bail.

James Fitzgerald, 19, of Lusan Lane in Middletown, was arrested on June 10 by Corporal James Keenan for simple assault. He was released pending a court date.

Andrea Nasstrom, 45, of Westfield Street in Oakhurst, was arrested on July 11 by Ptl. John Mele for driving while intoxicated. She was released pending a court date.

Herbert Tucker, 46, of Hawthorne Avenue in East Orange, was arrested on July 11 by Ptl. Joseph Ahlemeyer on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was held on $500 bail.

Joseph Verdi, 21, of Collinson Drive in Middletown, was arrested on July 12 by Police Officer Larissa Doriety for violation of a court order. He was held pending bail.

James Finlay, 20, of Monmouth Avenue in Middletown, was arrested on July 12 by Ptl. James Beirne for simple assault and harassment. He was released pending a court date.

Nicolas Walker, 19, of Palmer Avenue in Middletown, was arrested on July 12 by Ptl. Richard Belmonte for simple assault. He was released pending a court date.

Susan Heather, 39, of Wilson Avenue in Port Monmouth, arrested on July 12 by Ptl. Greg Buhowski for hindering apprehension. He was released pending a court date.

David Darragh, 36, of Park Avenue in Matawan, arrested on July 12 by Ptl. Keith Hirschbein on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Old Bridge Municipal Court. He was released on his own recognizance pending a court date.
