Middletown Police Blotter: Oct. 17 - 24

In the report: juvenile possession of "Molly," a hallucinogenic club drug; burglary and shoplifting.

 

The following information was released by the Middletown, NJ Police on Oct. 24. An arrest does not indicate a conviction. All were released pending a court date unless otherwise indicated. 

Emilio Fernandez, 24, of Grant Place in Little Silver was arrested on Oct. 20 by Ptl. Michael Pintilie for possession of heroin and possession of a hypodermic syringe.

Christian Cofone, 38, from Clavendon Ct. in Middletown was arrested on Oct. 20 by Ptl. Frank Mazza for disorderly conduct. 

Michael Patrick, 18, from Walnut Street in Middletown was arrested on Oct. 20 by Cpl. Robert McNair for criminal mischief.

Timothy Domenick, age 25, from Ridge Drive in Hazlet was arrested on Oct. 20 by Ptl. Richard Fulham for DWI, car burglary, receiving stolen property and possession of burglary tools. He was held on $30,000 bail with no 10% option set by Judge Richard Thompson. See more details. 

Christopher Copp, 26, from Adam Place in Hazlet was arrested on Oct. 20 by Ptl. Brian Dilworth for burglary, possession of burglary tools and receiving stolen property. He was held on $45,000 bail with no 10% option. See more details. 

Courtney Curzio, 19, from Main Street in Belford was arrested on Oct. 19, 2012 by Cpl. Gerald Weimer for shoplifting from the Kohls Store. 

Elizabeth Rodriguez, 19, from Lincoln Court in Keansburg was arrested on Oct. 19 by Cpl. Gerald Weimer for shoplifting from the Kolhs Store. 

On Oct. 20, Patrolman Christian Clark arrested a 17 year old male juvenile from Belford for possession of "Molly," a hallucinogenic club drug, obstructing the administration of law and resisting arrest. 

Suzanne Santantonio-Wight, 50, from Heights Terrace in Middletown was arrested on Oct. 21 by Ptl. Adam Vendetti for shoplifting from the Kohls Store. 

Bridget Dorsa, 25, of Reta Lane in Middletown was charged with possession of ten wax paper packets of heroin, two sealed strips of subuxone, and four oxycodone pills. Dorsa is being held at the Monmouth County Correctional Facililty on $30,000 bail. The arrest was reported by The Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office. 

Raymond Haupt, 40, from Woodland Avenue in Keansburg was arrested on Oct. 23 by Det. Daniel Sullivan for burglary, theft and criminal mischief. 

John Hall, 36, from Phalanx Road in Colts Neck was arrested on Oct. 23 by Ptl. Ryan Riffert on a non-support warrant issued by the Ocean County Superior Court. He was held on $2,720 bail.

Contempt of Court

James McBurney, 23, from Navesink Avenue in Middletown was arrested on Oct. 17 by Ptl. Keith Hirschbein on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Carteret Municipal Court. He was held on $1,500 bail.

Marc Melendez, 31, from Creek Road in Port Monmouth was arrested on Oct. 17 by Ptl. Christopher Dee on a contempt of court  warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was released after posting $1,500 bail.

Christine Nezgod, 33, from Nathalie Drive in Bayville was arrested on Oct. 17 by Ptl. Jason Caruso on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. She was released on $250 bail.

Paul McMillan, 36, from First Avenue in Atlantic Highlands was arrested on Oct. 18 by Ptl. Albert Scott on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was held on $500 bail.

Eric Williams, 43, from County Road in Cliffwood, NJ was arrested on Oct. 20 by Ptl. Adam Vendetti on contempt of court warrants issued by the Maplewood and Newark Municipal Courts. He was held on $217 bail.

Michael Miller, 24, from Ninth Street in Belford was arrested on Oct. 20 by Ptl. Joseph Ahlemeyer on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was held on $500 bail.

Justin Scott, 23, from Harris Ave. in Union Beach was arrested on Oct. 21, by Ptl. Stephen Keller on contempt of court warrants issued by the Keansburg and Ocean Municipal Court. He was held on $480 bail.

Jethro Jean-Toussaint, 28, from Oak Street in South Amboy was arrested on Oct. 22 by Ptl. Stephen Keller on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Eatontown Municipal Court. He was held on $500 bail.

Anthony Cesareo, 19, from Mill Road in Metuchen, NJ was arrested on Oct. 22 by Cpl. Douglas Wiatrak on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was released after posting $500 bail.

Kerriann Livio, 39, from Port Monmouth Road in Port Monmouth was arrested on Oct. 22 by Ptl. Anthony Bumbico on contempt of court warrants issued by the Keansburg and Linden Municipal Court. She was released after posting $600 bail.

Marsida Karagjozi, 40, from Beachview Avenue in Keansburg was arrested on Oct. 22 by Ptl. Ryan Riffert on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Monmouth County Superior Court. She was released after posting $5,000 bail.

Shauna Alvarez, 21, from Flomar Avenue in Leonardo was arrested on Oct. 23 by Cpl. Keith MacDonald on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Eatontown Municipal Court. She was released on $89 bail.

John Lachawiec, 24, from Edgemore Road in Belford was arrested on Oct. 24 by Ptl. James Beirne on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Monmouth County Superior Court.
