Middletown Police Blotter: Oct. 3-8

The following information was released by the Middletown Police Dept. on Oct. 9. All subjects were released pending a court date, unless noted otherwise.

JD Rockafellow, 23, from 34 ½ South Avenue in Atlantic Highlands was arrested on October 2, 2012 by Patrolman Brian McGrogan on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was released after posting $2,500 bail.

Courtney Frank, 22, from Renfrew Place in Port Monmouth, was arrested on October 3, 2012 by Patrolman Adam Colfer on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Belmar Boro Municipal Court. She was released after posting $450 bail.

Audil Abassi, 19, from Christie Street in Ridgefield, was arrested on October 3, 2012 by Patrolman Anthony Bumbico on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was released after posting $250.00 bail.

Jillian Kochon,25, from West Highland Avenue in Atlantic Highlands, NJ, arrested on October 3, 2012 by Patrolman Joseph Ahlemeyer on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Atlantic Highlands Municipal Court. She was released after posting $500.00 bail.

On Oct. 3, 2012 Ptl. Nicholas Fenezia was arrested a 17 year-old female juvenile from Belford for Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She was released pending a court date.

Kyle Clayton, age 20, from Ironwood Court in Middletown was arrested on Oct. 5, 2012 by Cpl. Gerald Weimer for Criminal Mischief, Resisting Arrest, Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was held on $3,000 bail with a 10% option set by Judge James Berube.

Frederick Monchik, 40, from Warren Place in Middletown was arrested on Oct. 5 by Ptl. Stephen Greenwood for Driving While Intoxicated. 

Deborah Stalker, 51, from Old Mill Road in Wall was arrested on Oct. 4 by Detective Kevin Gardiner for Theft. She was released pending a court date.

Geoffrey Schaller Jr., 45, from Lorillard Ave. in Union Beach was arrested on Oct. 4 by Ptl. Lawrence Seymour on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was held on $500 bail.

Georges Fiore, 41, from Bonnie Drive in Middletown was arrested on Oct. 7 by Ptl. Adam Vendetti on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Tinton Falls Municipal Court. He was released after posting $289 bail.

Valerie Paternostro, 47, from Harmony Road in Middletown was arrested on Oct. 7 by Ptl. Adam Colfer for Aggravated Assault on a Police Officer, Possession of a Weapon, Simple Assault, Harassment, Resisting Arrest and Hindering Apprehension. She was held on $77,000 bail set by Judge Perry of the Monmouth County Superior Court.

Denise Giuriceo, 38, from Franklin Ave. in West Keansburg was arrested on Oct. 7 by Ptl. Adam Colfer on Contempt of Court warrants issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. She was held on $2,000bail.

Karissa Kundert, 20, from Hudson Ave. in Middletown was arrested on Oct. 6 by Ptl. Adam Vendetti for Shoplifting from the Shop Rite store. She was released pending a court date.

Brittni Gray, 22, from Citation Street in Howell was arrested on Oct. 6 by Ptl. Adam Vendetti for Shoplifting from the Shop Rite store. She was released pending a court date.

Tyrone Wiggins, 48, from Springdale Ave. in Tinton Falls was arrested on Oct. 6 by Cpl. Gerald Weimer for Driving While Intoxicated and Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana. He was released pending a court date.

Stephen Acquaviva, 35, from Bonnie Drive in Middletown was arrested on Oct. 6 by Cpl. Robert McNair for Disorderly Conduct and Criminal Mischief.

Christopher Cuccia, 39, from Henry Drive in Middletown was arrested on Oct. 6 by Ptl. Christian Clark for Violation of a Court Order. He was released after posting $2,500 bail with a 10% option set by Judge James Berube.

Robert Stevens, 44, from New Hampshire Ave. in Lakewood was arrested on Oct. 5 by Police Officer Janine Kennedy on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was released after posting $500 bail.

Connor Donnelly, 18, from Borrie Ave. in Brielle was arrested on Oct. 5 by Ptl. John Mele for Being under the Influence of Narcotics.

William Neely, 51, from Kingsbridge Court in Hazlet was arrested on Oct. 5 by Ptl. Antonio Ciccone on Contempt of Court warrants issued by the Ocean and Middletown Municipal Court. He was released after posting $606 bail.

On Oct. 5 Cpl. Patricia Colangelo was arrested a 17 year-old male juvenile from Wall Township for Being under the Influence of Narcotics.

On Oct. 5 Cpl. Patricia Colangelo was arrested a 17-year-old male juvenile from Rumson for Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Being under the Influence of Narcotics.

On Oct. 6 Cpl. Patricia Colangelo was arrested a 17 year-old male juvenile from Shrewsbury for Being under the Influence of Narcotics.

Frederick Best, 26, from Fernwood Rd. in Lake Como was arrested on Oct. 7 by Ptl. Stephen Greenwood on Contempt of Court warrants issued by the Keansburg and Keyport Municipal Court. He was held on $850 bail.

Keri Roemer, 40, from Linda Street in Belford was arrested on Oct. 6 by Ptl. Brian Dilworth for Simple Assault. She was held on $500 bail with a 10% option set by Judge James Berube.

Ryan Kelty, 23, from Bray Ave. in Port Monmouth was arrested on Oct. 6 by Ptl. Adam Colfer on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was held on $250 bail.

Donald Kehoe, 67, from Harmony Road in Middletown was arrested on Oct. 7 by Ptl. Charles Higgins for Driving While Intoxicated.

David Gill, 19, from Grove Street in Red Bank was arrested on Oct. 8 by Ptl. Richard Fulham for Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana.

Anthony McDonnell, age  22, from Bray Ave. in Middletown was arrested on Oct. 8 by Ptl. Richard Fulham for Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana.

Kelly Whaler, 20, from Locust Terrace in Middletown was arrested on Oct. 8 by Ptl. Richard Fulham for Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of Marijuana with the Intent to Distribute.

Richard Frunzi, 20, from Crest Road in Middletown was arrested on Oct. 8 by Ptl. Richard Fulham for Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana.

Teresa Lavelle, 38, from Morely Court in Belford was arrested on Oct. 8, ,2012 by Ptl. Richard Belmonte on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Westfield Municipal Court. She was released after posting $114 bail.

Joseph Smith, 24, from Beverly Drive in Cliffwood Beach was arrested on Oct. 8 by Ptl. John Mele for Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana.

Roberto Manzo, 18, from Clairmont Ave. in Belford was arrested on Oct. 8 by Ptl. Greg Buhowski and Ptl. Raymond Sofield of the Quality of Life Unit for Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana.

Angelo Melillo, 33, from Main Street in Port Monmouth was arrested on Oct. 8 by Ptl. Greg Buhowski and Ptl. Raymond Sofield of the Quality of Life Unit on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Keansburg Municipal Court. He was released after posting $250 bail.

On Oct. 8 Ptl. Raymond Sofield and Ptl. Greg Buhowski was arrested a 16 year-old male juvenile and a 17 year-old male juvenile both from Port Monmouth and a 16 year-old male juvenile from Middletown for Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana.
