Middletown Police Blotter: Sept. 3-12

The following information was released by the Middletown Police Dept on Sept. 13, 2012. An arrest is not a conviction.

On Sept. 3, Sgt. First Class Frederick Deickmann arrested a 17 year-old female juvenile from Holmdel for driving while intoxicated. He was released pending a court date.

Justin Duda, 23, from Asbury Avenue in Atlantic Highlands was arrested on Sept. 4 by Ptl. Brady Carr for possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released pending a court date.

Carol Nasta, 46, from Church Street in Middletown was arrested on Sept. 4 by Ptl. Raymond Sofield for driving while intoxicated and refusal to submit to breath samples. She was released pending a court date.

Monica Stone, 21, from Center Avenue in Leonardo was arrested on Sept. 4 by Ptl. Brady Carr for possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released pending a court date.

On Sept. 5, Ptl. Keith Hirschbein arrested a 16 year-old female from Port Monmouth for receiving stolen property. She was released pending a court date.

On Sept. 5, Ptl. Keith Hirschbein arrested a 14 year-old male juvenile from Belford for burglary, theft, possession of burglary tools and conspiracy. He was released pending a court date

Matthew Greene, 18, from Wedgewood Circle in Belford was arrested on Sept. 5 by Ptl. Donald Coates for shoplifting and receiving stolen property. He was released pending a court date.

Shane Hendricks, 19, from Middletown Lincroft Road in Middletown was arrested on Sept. 5 by Cpl. Keith MacDonald for shoplifting from the WaWa Store and hindering apprehension. He was released pending a court date.

Jessica Schwartz, 27, from Howard Avenue in Keansburg was arrested on Sept. 5 by Ptl. Nicholas Fenezia for burglary, criminal mischief, possession of burglary tools, improper disposal of a hypodermic syringe and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was being held on $10,000 bail.

Catrina Scott, 18, from Creek Road in Port Monmouth was arrested on Sept. 5 by Ptl. Keith Hirschbein for receiving stolen property. She was released pending a court date.

Thomas McMahon, 22, from 16th Avenue in Belmar was arrested on Sept. 5 by Ptl. Richard Belmonte for shoplifting. He was released pending a court date.

On Sept. 6, Ptl. Keith Hirschbein arrested a 15 year-old male juvenile from Nashville, TN, for burglary, theft, conspiracy and possession of burglary tools. He was released pending a court date.

On Sept. 6, Ptl. Keith Hirschbein arrested a 14 year-old male juvenile from Belford for theft, burglary and conspiracy. He was released pending a court date.

Howard Bernard, 55, from Center Avenue in Leonardo was arrested on Sept. 7 by Ptl. Lawrence Seymour for burglary. He was held on $15,000 bail.

Brian Vanlenten, 32, from Leonardville Road in Leonardo was arrested on Sept. 8 by Ptl. Felipe Benedit for criminal mischief. He was released pending a court date.

Christopher Cuccia, 39, from Van Dorn Court in Middletown was arrested on Sept. 9 by Ptl. Adam Vendetti for simple assault and false imprisonment. He was released after posting $10,000 bail set by Judge Richard Thompson.

Vivian Tortoriello, 63, from Beers Street in Keyport was arrested on Sept. 10 by Ryan Riffert for shoplifting from the Shop Rite Store. She was released pending a court date.

On Sept. 10, Ptl. Keith Hirschbein arrested a 14 year-old male juvenile from Middletown for burglary, theft and conspiracy. He was released pending a court date.

Troy Burbank, 40, from Monmouth Avenue in Leonardo arrested on Sept. 12 by Ptl. Carl Roth for simple assault. He was released pending a court date.

Kevin Mallory, 26, from Main Street in Keansburg was arrested on Sept. 12 by Ptl. Darrin Simon for driving while suspended. He was released pending a court date.

Contempt of Court & Failure to Appear

Yasmin Wade, 21, from Park Avenue in Keansburg was arrested on Sept. 4 by Ptl. Adam Vendetti on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Keansburg Municipal Court. She was released after posting $200 bail.

James Courtney, 28, from Bray Avenue in Middletown was arrested on Sept. 4 by Ptl. Adam Vendetti on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Sayreville Municipal Court. He was released after posting $396 bail.

Anthony Pinto, 23, from Leonardville Road in Belford was arrested on Sept. 5 by Ptl. Ryan Riffert on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Atlantic Highlands Municipal Court. He was released after posting $1,500 bail.

Myles Havrick, 32, from Woodland Avenue in Keansburg was arrested on Sept. 9 by Ptl. Michael Pintilie on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Keansburg Municipal Court. He was released after posting $90 bail.

Kerollos Salibsoliman, 20, from Twilight Avenue in Keansburg was arrested on Sept. 10 by Ptl. Anthony Gigante on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was released after posting $250 bail.

Kyle Clayton, 20, from Ironwood Court in Middletown was arrested on Sept. 10 by Ptl. Anthony Gigante on a failure to appear warrant issued by the Monmouth County Superior Court. He was held on $5,000 bail.

Terence Regan, 20, from Ardmore Lane in Aberdeen was arrested on Sept. 5 by Ptl. Andrew Micalizzi on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was released after posting $250 bail.

Carissa Bossert, 24, from Woods End Road in Middletown, was arrested on Sept. 8 by Ptl. Brian McGrogan on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. She was released after posting $500 bail.

James Fitzgerald, 19, from Lusan Lane in Middletown was arrested on Sept. 9 by Ptl. Anthony Dellatacoma on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was held on $500 bail.

Robert Mondana, 28, from Wedgewood Circle in Belford was arrested on Sept. 11 by Ptl. Albert Scott on failure to appear warrants issued by the Monmouth County Superior Court. He was held pending a court date.

Erica Wood, 22, from Brainard Avenue in Middletown was arrested on Sept. 11 by Det. Kelly Godley on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Atlantic Highlands Municipal Court. She was released on her own recognizance.

Domenic Salvatore, 38, from Port Monmouth Road in Port Monmouth was arrested on Sept. 6 by Ptl. James Beirne and Ptl. Adam Colfer of the Quality of Life Unit on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Keansburg Municipal Court. He was held on $200 bail.

Blake Alisprantis, 27, from South Wall Street in Neptune City was arrested on Sept. 6 by Cpl. Thomas Meckier on contempt of court warrants issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was released after posting $1,000 bail.
