Middletown Police Report Arrests for Heroin, Burglary, Stalking

Other alleged offenses included in the police department's report include shopflifting at the supermarket, simple assault, possession of Klonopin.

These arrests were announced by the Middletown Township Police Dept. on April 8. All were released pending a court date, unless noted. 

An arrest does not indicate a conviction.

March 29: Daniel Wahler Jr, 28, of Locust Terrace in Middletown was arrested by Cpl. Richard Fusella for Shoplifting of the Shop Rite Store. He was released after posting $250 bail.

March 28: Paul Devito, 32, of Viola Avenue in Leonardo was arrested by Ptl. Christopher Dee for Possession of Heroin and Possession of a Hypodermic Syringe. 

Richard Raymont, 41, of Highway 36 in Leonardo was arrested by Ptl. James Beirne for Unlawful Possession of Oxycodone and Unlawful Possession of Methadone.

Det. Kelly Godley was arrested a 14 year old male juvenile of Little Silver for Lewdness.

March 31: Dennis Bannon, 50, of Highway 36 in Leonardo was arrested by Ptl. Brian McGrogan for Providing False Information to a Police Officer, Terroristic Threats, Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest. He was held on $25,000 bail set by Judge Richard Thompson.

Darlene Tonnesen, 51, of Bay Avenue in Middletown was arrested by Ptl. David Ringkamp for Simple Assault. She was released after posting $2,500 bail with a 10% option set by Judge Richard Thompson.

April 1: Brittany Erhard, 24, of Forest Avenue in Keansburg was arrested by Ptl. Adam Colfer for Possession of Marijuana with the Intent to Distribute, Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. 

April 3: Lawrence Porter, 25, of Center Avenue in Belford was arrested by Det. Keith Hirschbein for Burglary, Theft, Possession of Burglary Tools and on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Woodbridge Municipal Court. He was held on $2,500 bail with a 10% option set by Judge Richard Thompson.

April 4: Stephanie Connors, 26, of Cumberland Court in Marlboro was arrested by Cpl. Bernie Chenoweth for Violation of a Court Order and Stalking. She was released after posting $7,500 bail with a 10% option set by Judge Richard Thompson.

April 6: Gerald Kelty, 60, of Bray Avenue in Port Monmouth was arrested by Ptl. Brenden Santiago for Obstructing a Public Passage, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Unlawful Possession of Oxycodone. 

April 7: Corey Blascak, 22, of Ironwood Court in Middletown was arrested by Ptl. Joshua Midose for Possession of Marijuana with the Intent to Distribute, Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Possession with the Intent to Distribute Marijuana within 1000 Feet of a School Zone. He was held on $10,000 bail set by Judge Richard Thompson

Jeffrey Chapman, 22, of Birchwood Lane in Middletown was arrested by Ptl. James Beirne for Possession of Marijuana with the Intent to Distribute, Possession of under 50 Grams of Marijuana, Possession of Marijuana with the Intent to Distribute within 1000 Feet of a School Zone, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Unlawful Possession of Klonopin. He was held on $10,000 bail set by Judge Richard Thompson.

Marc Evans, 30, of Cherry Tree Farm Road in Middletown was arrested by Ptl. Ricardo Cruz for Possession of Heroin, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Driving While Intoxicated. He was released after posting $2,500 bail set by Judge Richard Thompson.

Anthony Colacino, 20, of Crystal Court in Middletown was arrested by Ptl. Ricardo Cruz on a Contempt of Court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was released after posting $250 bail.

April 8: Dominc Demarzo, 29, of Caswell Drive in Staten Island, NY, was arrested by Ptl. Michael Reuter for Simple Assault and Terroristic Threats. He was released after posting $5,000 bail with a 10% option set by Judge Richard Thompson.

 Howard Eastmond, 33, of Church Street in Belford was arrested by Ptl. Jason Caruso for Possession of Cocaine and on Contempt of Court warrants issued by the Union Beach Municipal Court. He was held on $1,000 bail.
