No Word on Man Who Took 25-Foot Fall

The incident occurred yesterday in a Fairview yard

A call came in to authorities yesterday that a Middletown man at his home on Fairview Drive had taken a 25-foot fall.

Authorities confirmd that there was a call and the man, who they did not identify, was flown to Jersey Shore University Medical Center's Regional Trauma Unit. The incident happened in the early afternoon.

Middletown Police Detective Lt. Steve Dollinger had no further information today. Yesterday, however, Sgt. William Straniero told the Asbury Park Press that the victim had been working on a tree in his yard from which he took the fall. He said that the man was taken to Jersey Shore at about 1 p.m.
