arrested the following people recently on various charges:
• Jozef Zygmaniak, 49, of Van Ethel Drive, Matawan, was arrested on Feb. 8, by Patrolman Ryan Riffert, and charged with driving while intoxicated and reckless driving following a motor vehicle stop.
He was released pending a court date.
• Shaun Carroll, 33, of Cottage Place, Keansburg, was arrested on Feb. 8, by Patrolman Keith Hirschbein, and charged with for shoplifting from the store, Route 36, and on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Freehold Municipal Court.
He was held on $2,500 bail.
• Ronald Johnson, 19, of Sherman Avenue, in the section of Middletown, was arrested on Feb. 9, by Patrolman James Beirne, and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia, disorderly persons offenses.
He was released pending a court date.
• Shannon Collins, 18, of Monmouth Avenue, in the section of Middletown, was arrested on Feb. 9, by Cpl. Richard Fusella, and charged with disorderly conduct.
She was released pending a court date.
