On the Beat with Middletown Police
The following information was obtained directly from Middletown Township Police Department records. It does not indicate convictions.
arrested the following people recently on various charges:
• On February 23, Patrolman Keith Hirschbein arrested a 17-year-old, male juvenile from Atlantic Highlands, and charged him with possession of alcohol by minors and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released pending a court date.
• Billy Graham, 31, of Bray Avenue, Middletown, was arrested on Feb. 19, by Patrolman Keith Hirschbein, and charged with possession of under 50 grams of marijuana.

• On Feb. 21, Cpl. Bernie Chenoweth arrested a 17-year-old male juvenile from the Locust section of Middletown, and a 17-year-old male juvenile from Red Bank, and charged them with criminal mischief to Lincroft Acres Park.
