Middletown police arrested two people on four outstanding warrant charges out of four other towns …

James Oliver, 31, of Cedar Avenue, Middletown, was arrested by Patrolman Brian McGrogan on April 8 on contempt of court warrants issued by the Holmdel Township and Keansburg municipal courts. He was released after posting $456 bail.

William Garby, 24, of Brotherton Avenue in the Locust section of Middletown, was arrested by Patrolman Antonio Ciccone and Patrolman Ian May on April 8 on contempt of court warrants issued by the Tinton Falls and Atlantic Highlands municipal courts. He was released after posting $581 bail.

The information concerning the above arrests was obtained directly from the Middletown Township Police Department's records. While all suspects have been arrested and charged with the named offenses, convictions depend on the outcome of court appearances. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty in that court of law.
