Police arrested three people on outstanding warrant charges

Middletown police arrested the following people on outstanding warrant charges outside of the area ...

JD Rockafellow, 22, of Willow Street, Port Monmouth, was arrested by Patrolman John Mele on a non-support warrant issued by the Middlesex County Superior Court. He was held on $1,924 bail.

Christopher Spallina, 28, of Dogwood Lane, Hazlet, was arrested by Patrolman Laurence Seymour on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Morris County Superior Court. He was held on bail.

Pascualino Criscione,  25, of Grand Avenue, North Bergen, was arrested by Patrolman Richard Raike on a contempt of court warrant issued by the Guttenberg Municipal Court. He was held on $500 bail.

The information concerning the above arrests was obtained directly from the Middletown Township Police Department's records. While all suspects have been arrested and charged with the named offenses, convictions depend on the outcome of court appearances. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty in that court of law.
