The following people were arrested by Middletown police on various outstanding arrest warrant charges ...

Pamela Koba-Marrazzo, 41, of Tindall Road, Middletown, was arrested on July 11 by Patrolman Jason Caruso on the charges of two contempt of court warrants issued by the Middletown Municipal Court.

She was released after posting $185 bail.

Jason Venson, 31, of Knollwood Drive, Middletown, was arrested on July 10 by Patrolman John Mele for violation of a court order and a contempt of court warrant issued by the Red Bank Municipal Court.

He was held on $2,589 bail.

Jean Stewart, 31, of Washington Street, West New York, was arrested on July 10 by Patrolman Michael Reuter on the charge of a fugitive warrant out of the state of Florida and four contempt of court warrants issued by the West New York and the Hoboken Municipal courts.

He was held in the Monmouth County Correctional Institution, Freehold.

Angela Boden Scotti, 47, of Shore Boulevard, Keansburg, was arrested on July 9 by Patrolman Charles Higgins on the charge of a contempt of court warrant issued by the Jersey City Municipal Court.

She was released after posting $100 bail.

Phillip Roenbeck, 19, of Morningside Avenue, Middletown, was arrested on July 9 by Patrolman John Soltysik on the charge of a contempt of court warrant issued by the Oceanport Municipal Court.

He was released after posting $750 bail.

Thorn Ruiz, 23, of Hayes Avenue, Elizabeth, was arrested on July 8 by Patrolman Brady Carr on the charge of a contempt of court warrant issued by the Roselle Municipal Court.

He was released on his own recognizance.
