Dominic Moffitt, 29, of Kimberly Court, Middletown, was arrested on May 19 by Patrolman James Beirne on the charge of a contempt of court warrant issued by the Eatontown Municipal court. He was released after posting $89 bail.

Nicholas Grimsley, 24, of Apple Farm Road, Middletown, was arrested on May 19 by Patrolman Anthony Gigante on the charge of a contempt of court warrant issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. He was released after posting $500 bail.

Jonathan Pecyna, 22, of Manor Drive, Red Bank, was arrested on May 19 by Patrolman John Mele on the charge of a contempt of court warrant charge issued by the Monmouth Beach Municipal Court. He was released after posting $100 bail.

The information concerning the above arrests was obtained directly from the Middletown Township Police Department's records. While all suspects have been arrested and charged with the named offenses, convictions depend on the outcome of court appearances. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty in that court of law.
