Police arrested several people on charges of outstanding warrants: contempt of court, non-support, drugs

Vu Dinh, 29, of Sherman Avenue, in the Belford section of Middletown, was arrested on May 12, by Cpl. Keith MacDonald, on charges of two outstanding contempt of court warrants. He was released after posting bail. 

Michael Totaro, 20, of Salisbury Avenue, Middletown, was arrested on May 11 by Cpl. Joseph Glynn on charges of outstanding warrants issued by the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotics Task Force/ Bayshore Unit.

The warrant was issued for distribution of less than one ounce of     marijuana, possession with the intent to distribute within 1000 feet of a school zone, possession with the intent to distribute within 500 feet of a public park and conspiracy.

Stanley Byham, 19, of Hamilton Avenue, Neptune, was arrested on May 11, by Patrolman Donald Coates, on the charge of an outstanding contempt of court warrant issued by the Neptune Municipal Court. He was held on $1,500 bail.

Michael Kane, 29, of Seaview Avenue, Keansburg, was arrested on May 11, by Patrolman Charles Higgins, on the charge of an outstanding non-support warrant issued by the Monmouth County Superior Court. He was held on $9,100.52 bail.

Amanda Grzyb-Kelly, 19, of Union Valley Road, Monroe, was arrested on May 10, by Patrolman John Mele, on the charge of an outstanding contempt of court warrant issued by the Metuchen Municipal Court. She was released after posting $140 bail.

Nikkole Poletis, 24, of Farrell Drive, Middletown, was arrested on May 9, by Patrolman Jason Caruso on the charges of two outstanding contempt of court warrants issued by the Middletown Municipal Court. She was held on $1,000 bail.

Russell Dunn, 23, of Highland Avenue, in the Leonardo section of Middletown, was arrested on May 9, by Patrolman Jason Caruso, on an outstanding contempt of court warrant issued by the Holmdel Municipal Court. He was held on $500 bail.

The information concerning the above arrests was obtained directly from the Middletown Township Police Department's records. While all suspects have been arrested and charged with the named offenses, convictions depend on the outcome of court appearances. All are presumed innocent until proven guilty in that court of law.
